When you are being treated for a medical or dental problem, it is easy to forget that a doctor's office is also a business. We understand that.

Yet, we also want our patients to know that an important part of any business is collecting payments for its services.

In the interest of good medicine and business, we believe it is best to establish a policy to avoid any future misunderstandings. As a result, we have developed a full range of convenient payment options for you. Before the treatment, fee and financial arrangements will be reviewed with you.

We will help you with your insurance benefits.  However, we ARE NOT in network with any insurance company.

If needed, financing is available through Care Credit Financing.

Fees, Payment, and Insurance

  • Payment is due at the time services are provided. Insurance claims can be filed at the office. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, or money orders.
  • Any payments can be made by clicking the Patient Portal blue box above.
  • Do not hesitate to inquire about the anticipated cost of your treatment. You deserve to know and understand our fees.
  • An estimate will be handed out for all complex procedures.
  • To provide you with the best dentistry services, we do not allow dental benefits to determine the diagnosis. Your treatment will be based on your needs, and we assume you are as concerned as we are about maintaining your health.
  • The term “dental insurance” is misleading; what is commonly known as “dental insurance” is more correctly termed as “dental benefits.” They are not intended to pay for everything, but to assist with the cost of dental treatment.
  • As a courtesy, we will present claims to your dental plan provider. We also accept benefit assignments, which means we will estimate the expected benefit payment and allow you to pay your estimated portion when services are provided. Nevertheless, we do not assure any estimate, and should your dental plan cover less than expected, you are fully responsible for the balance. We will not be responsible for any denials by dental plans.
